Experience Details
The experience includes a sushi nigiri lesson with a professional sushi chef and admission to the Shimizu Sushi Museum, where you can learn about the history and culture of Japanese sushi. You can choose from a standard sushi-making experience using a variety of fresh toppings or a tuna-focused experience featuring different cuts of tuna. Located near Shimizu Port, one of Japan’s leading tuna landing ports, this is a great opportunity to enjoy the rich flavors of premium tuna.

Sushi Making Experience
Watch a short video showing how a professional sushi chef prepares sushi.
Create nigiri, gunkan, and sushi rolls together with a professional sushi chef. English subtitles are provided.
Take a commemorative photo, then enjoy your handmade sushi with miso soup and Shizuoka green tea.

- Advance payment via PayPal is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees.
- Please note that a professional interpreter is not included in this experience. However, a FIEJA staff member will be present and can provide basic English assistance when needed.
