Shizuoka Prefecture, Shizuoka City, offers a unique opportunity to explore Japanese culture at Fugetsuro, the former residence of the last shogun, Yoshinobu Tokugawa. They recreate the meals of the shogun while receiving explanations from experts at Fugetsuro. In addition to the meal, you can view the collection of Tokugawa Yoshinobu (paintings, works of art, calligraphy, photographs, etc.) with special explanations.

The Fugetsuro courtyard is the site of the former residence of Lord Tokugawa Yoshinobu. It also has a Noh stage, and is called Fugetsuro because you can see the moon reflecting on the surface of the pond
The large hall of the restaurant Fugetsuro in Fugetsuro is a Japanese-style structure reminiscent of the bygone era, with a panoramic view of the front garden.
