E-bike Frequently Asked Questions
For E-bike rentals: Payment is made on the day of your rental. We accept credit cards and cash.
For guided tours: A deposit (approximately JPY 10,000 per person, depending on the tour) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour by credit card or cash.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour.
For guided tours, if you cancel before the cancellation policy period begins, your deposit will be refunded minus any PayPal processing fees.
If the cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, cancellation fees will apply according to the policy. Payment of any cancellation fees can be made via PayPal.
Every rental and tour includes:
- An E-bike
- A helmet
- A bottle of water
- A phone holder for easy navigation
- A bottle cage to keep your water within easy reach
- A bike lock
IPlease wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling and closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and rain gear depending on the weather.
Our E-bikes are suitable for participants who are 13 years or older and at least 155 cm (5’1″) tall.
Yes. You can leave your luggage at the FIEJA office. For guided tours, luggage can also be stored in our support vehicle.
If rain is expected on the day of the tour, the tour may be cancelled.
We will make a final decision on whether the tour will operate 2–4 days before the scheduled date and inform you by email.
